Need it even be said? Without belief, you have nothing creative. Just a bunch of words or thoughts with no hook up point. It is like manifesting without taking action – it cannot be done.
One day, I looked in the mirror and I didn’t recognize the person looking back at me. I have been tall and thin with dark hair all of my life. That certainly wasn’t what I saw in the mirror. And I made the decision, right then, I said out loud to the mirror, “I don’t know who you are but I have been tall and thin my entire life. There is a fork in the road and I am taking it now and I believed every word with all of my heart.
Within a year I had lost 75 pounds and had dark, not gray, hair once again. I had lost some of my 5 foot 8 1/2 inch frame but still looked pretty tall and if not thin, certainly not obese!
Did it happen overnight? No. But I never ever turned back once I made the decision to disassociate myself from the image in the mirror.
And it took action! I had to make many behavioral changes to return to who I was before. Who I am now. All made possible by the unending belief that it was so, no matter what evidence may indicate to the contrary.
With belief comes a laser like focus which is so strong that nothing else can manifest. I think I actually look younger now than I did 10 years ago.
If you believe in miracles, you will experience them. You may not always realize they are miracles until later but you will experience them if you believe in them.
And then there is the process of requesting help from your Spiritual Guides or Angels or Master Physicians of Light. They cannot assist without your invite and I am here to tell you that their assistance makes a huge difference!
If you truly believe in what you are creating, the universe will turn upside down to help you make it happen. Have fun with it!
