WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THE BOTTOM FALLS OUT?
You know what I mean–when the dream you thought you had created falls apart like fairy dust on a windy day. And there you stand, empty-handed, watching what is left of your desired creation sparkle into nothingness.
The song says to “Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again”. Oh, if it were just that easy!
These are some of the ,most powerful moments that will occur in your lifetime. Because they are PIVOT POINTS. It is how we choose to BE during these times of trial that sets the new “energetic template” for the future we will experience.
Begin by taking a day of silence – to the greatest extent possible – so that all the background, chaotic noise can quiet down. Now you can “hear” any messages from your spiritual guides, angels, or teachers.
Next, if there were other people involved in your dream which fell apart, SEND THEM LOVE! Even if they are the reason the dream did not manifest – send them as much good will as possible.
Now, search for the “Energetic Break”. SOMETHING happened to dis-create your dream. Something “energetically” was NOT in alignment with your desired outcome. Where did that energetic disconnect occur? Was it a negative thought, or, worse yet, doubt that you were/are even capable of the creation of your dream?
Once you find the energetic break, you may invert the energy and return it through the same “pathway” and it will balance out the energy break. This puts you into a place of neutrality. From here grows the opportunities for new possibilities.
Then find the value you may have received from the entire experience. Bless it. Give spoken gratitude.
Taking the above steps may not be an easy thing to do. In fact, one may have to completely re-invent themselves in order to accomplish their current objective.
But once done, you may now begin to re-create. You may decide to re-create a new manifestation of the same dream, or create an entirely new experience. Either way, have FUN with it.
